The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4-5 years Air Exports experience. The candidate should be well versed on all aspects of Air Exports, including, but not limited to, Incoterms, quoting, Airline Routing, documentation, tracking and tracing, billing, and have a strong understanding of all compliance issues relating to Air Exports e.g. US Export Regulations, TSA, DOT, IATA as well as other governing authorities.  DG Certification is an advantage, however not a requirement. Air, Ocean or Road Operations Agent is responsible for the activities involved with the export and import of air, ocean and / or road shipments.

Air Export Cold Chain/Pharmaceutical agent. Primary duty is the effective processing and handling of client orders as assigned in daily operations of the Air department with focus on Cold Chain Pharmaceuticals. Must provide and ensure proactive customer service for all internal and external customers and properly execute operational tasks to ensure integrity of product. Perform all duties correctly, cost-efficiently, and within Company standards.
