information: THE SOUTHERN CENTER FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDIES hosts Robert Rubin, a Member of the Office of the Chairman of Citigroup Inc. and the Secretary of the Treasury under President Clinton, on November 12. Secretary Rubin will discuss the 2004 election results. The program begins at 6:00 p.m., with a reception preceding at 5:00 p.m. Tickets are $35 for Southern Center members, $45 for non-members, and include a copy of Rubin’s book In an Uncertain World: Tough Choices from Wall Street to Washington.
